1. In the admin panel go under Blocks Module 2. Add block position 3. Name it advertise To Change the content you will need to change the code in advertise.htm in the block folder of the theme directory: Assuming you left the theme name as btCommunity: look in folder: btCommunity/templates/blocks/advertise.htm let me know if you need anymore help.
